Fenugreek, which is air dried under controlled conditions, is a great flavour enhancer. It gives vegetables, pulses, lentils, parathas and chapattis taste and texture. Fenugreek from Everest can simply be soaked in a little boiling water with a pinch of salt before it is added to the respective dish.
