Due to the perishable nature of food, some items may be exempt from return unless they are defective upon arrival.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery for perishable goods or 14 days for non-perishables, providing your order number and clear photos of the items.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim to ensure it meets our safety and hygiene standards before authorizing the return or replacement.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit within 5-7 business days.
