
Priya - 500g Instant Dosa Mix
Dosa Mix is a traditional Indian flour blend used to prepare classic dosa, thin and crispy pancakes popular in South Indian cuisine. The mix allows easy and consistent preparation while delivering the authentic taste and texture associated with homemade dosa. Suitable for breakfast, brunch, or light meals, dosa can be enjoyed plain or filled with savory masala and served with chutneys, sambar, or other accompaniments.

the directions for use:
1. to the contents of this pack add 1 ltr. of water (for every one cup of mix (without heap) add 1 ½ cups of water) and mix well without lumps to get smooth batter.
2. keep aside for 10 minutes.
3. heat dosa pan and smear it well with oil.
4. spread required quantity of batter (to give one dosa) on pan.
5. roast over low flame on both sides till light golden brown colour.
6. rub the pan lightly with damp sponge/cloth for cooling the surface.
7. repeat from step 3 to make your next dosa.
8. (a) plain dosa: serve hot with coconut chutney or any other suitable side dish.
(b) masala dosa: stuff potato onion curry/any other masala curry and serve with priya curry leaf powder / idli karam / nallakaram.
to make 20 dosas of approx. 50 g each.
