Indian and Pakistani sweets are often made from semolina. It has an exceptionally fine taste and is sometimes used in combination with other types of flour to make Pakistani bread (Roti). Semolina can also be used in breakfast cereals, puddings and desserts (like Halwa) and salty dishes like Rawa Dosa and Upma.
