Heating options:
option 1 AIR FRY:
preheat air fryer at 347°f/175°c. place mirchi pakoda evenly in fryer basket. air fry for 12 minutes or until golden brown, turning over midway. shake it in between to ensure even cook.
option 2 BAKE
preheat oven to 320°f/160°c, remove mirchi pakoda from tray and spread on baking pan and bake for 7 minutes. flip and bake again for 7 minutes or until golden brown. carefully remove from oven and let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
option 3 DEEP FRY:
remove mirchi pakoda from tray and deep fry in preheated (275°f/135°c) oil for 3-4 minutes after this increase the temperature to medium heat (329°f/165°c) and fry for another 7-8 minutes or until golden brown colour.
